This section will be full of tastiness.  You won’t see recipes for boiled eggs or grilled chicken breasts, we all know how to do that…and if you don’t, there is no help that I have the time to give you.  I mentioned before that food needs to taste good for me to stay with this weight loss mission.  I will “fry” my egg white in a spray of butter flavored Pam if it helps me not go buy a sausage egg biscuit.   Whatever it takes to get you through the day, that’s my motto.
